A Medical Marijuana Dispensary Directory for Everybody
When we say everybody, we mean it. For years Marijuana has been a subject many people are not willing to talk about. Every month it seems like Marijuana is becoming more acceptable in our society. Our goal is to create a site that reflects the diversity of those who use Medical Marijuana.
Together We Cannabis
Our staff is dedicated to keeping an up to date database of Medical Marijuana dispensaries across the United States. However, we can't do it without your help. The input from you and other Marijuana patients is what makes Everybuds grow. Find new dispensaries or review ones you have visited before. Either way, we want your input!

ACLU asks Obama Administration to Clarify Medical Marijuana Policy
The American Civil Liberties Union is asking the Obama administration to clarify its policy on medical marijuana following apparent inconsistencies in recent months. In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, the ACLU sought assurance the government would keep its promise not to arrest and prosecute workers who are complying with the law in states where medical marijuana is legal.
Any use of marijuana is prohibited under federal law. In 2008, Michigan voted to legalize medical marijuana, joining more than a dozen other states. In 2009, the Obama administration said it would not seek to arrest and prosecute users and suppliers who were operating within state law.
Medical marijuana push advancing on two fronts in Idaho
BOISE – Conservative Idaho might not seem like the most fertile ground for a medical marijuana movement, but supporters have launched an initiative drive that could change the terms of the debate.
The reason: Seventy-four percent of Idahoans say they support allowing “terminally and seriously ill patients to use and purchase marijuana for medical purposes.” That was in this year’s Boise State University public policy survey, a result so overwhelmingly favorable that researchers initially thought it had to be wrong.
Air Travel with Medical Marijuana... Can I?
That question is left to the hands of the local authorities, it seems. To date, no national policy exists to clear up issues between individual airports, so patients are weary to travel by air because of possible prosecution by the federal government.
Marijuana DUI Bill likely to pass
On Friday, a bill to make it easier to charge stoned drivers with DUI rose from the dead and is now expected to pass by Wednesday.
The previously gutted bill to charge drivers with DUI per se if operating motor vehicles while under the influence of 5 nanograms/mill of THC 9 in their bloodstream had those provisions restored.
Medical Marijuana Farmers Markets
Usually when you walk the rows of tables at your local farmer’s market, you can find fruits and vegetables grown by local farmers who use less-conventional methods, no pesticides or very few, and harvest on a much smaller scale.
